Supporter groups

Become part of our network of supporters and returned volunteers by joining your local VSO supporter group and join the fight against global poverty.

VSO Supporter Groups are groups of returned volunteers and VSO supporters in local communities across the UK who come together to support the work of VSO and stay involved in international development issues. They contribute an immense amount to VSO’s work by organising their own local events to:

• Promote VSO’s volunteering opportunities
• Fundraise for VSO
• Support VSO campaigns
• Encourage a VSO community in the UK of returned volunteers and supporters.

Get involved

Our Supporter Groups are always looking for new members or for people to attend their events and find out more about VSO. Please click on the tab below to find out your local supporter group, complete the online form and your supporter group will contact you about their upcoming events, opportunities and activities.

Of course if you can’t see a group in your local area already, we are always keen to start up new groups. If this is something you would be interested in, please contact us and we can support you to do this.
