action/2015 campaign
action/2015 is a global campaign asking world leaders to take action to tackle inequality, injustice, poverty and climate change in 2015. This is an important year, in which world leaders will decide their priorities for international development.
That’s why almost 1,000 organisations in over 50 countries have joined together to demonstrate the strength of global public support for ending poverty and discrimination.
In September, the UN General Assembly will decide on new Sustainable Development Goals to replace the Millennium Development Goals. This ‘post-2015 process’ will set the world’s international development priorities for the next fifteen years.
